quick solution for temporary weight reduction should avoid thinking that there is
any one pill which can provide this for you without having recurring weight gain.
These pills are effective only for a period of time where you adjust your body

removed from the market, as they pose a threat to the peoples health.

You should try to avoid forcing yourself to reduce weight. Forcing yourself to
reduce your weight will only make it a struggle toward achieving your goal. It is
better to properly check the pill carton for instructions on how to use them and
prevent any mishaps. Consult your doctor before you can stop consuming the
pills, if they have exceeded their expiry date.

You should consult with your physician before you take any pills or take any
other steps for weight loss. The other option you have is to talk to your dietitian
about what other options you have for losing weight.
