Going on a diet can make your body lose lots of water. Drink eight to ten glasses of water everyday to compensate for the water that has been lost. In fact, drinking water first thing in the morning could help you lose weight the healthy way. Consult your physician or dietitian for a diet that is healthy and would suit your requirements.
